What is cryolipolysis (fat freezing)?

Cryolipolysis is a non-invasive fat reduction technology that uses controlled cooling to freeze and eliminate fat cells. The treated fat cells crystallize and undergo natural apoptosis (cell death), then are gradually removed by the body's lymphatic system over 2–4 months. What is 360° cryolipolysis and how is it different?

Traditional cryolipolysis machines cool the treatment area from two sides only. Our 360° technology surrounds the treatment area with cooling panels on all sides, delivering more uniform cooling, reducing session time from 60 to approximately 35 minutes, and improving fat reduction consistency.

What is ultrasonic cavitation?

Cavitation uses low-frequency ultrasound waves (typically 40kHz) to create microscopic bubbles within fat cells. These bubbles expand and collapse, rupturing the fat cell membrane. The released fat is then metabolized by the liver and eliminated naturally. It's a comfortable, non-invasive treatment with no downtime.

What is HIFU and what is it best for?

HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) delivers focused thermal energy to specific depths beneath the skin, causing immediate tissue coagulation and stimulating collagen production. It's uniquely effective for both non-surgical face lifting and targeted fat reduction, making it ideal for clients wanting skin tightening alongside body contouring.

How does 808nm diode laser hair removal work?

The 808nm wavelength specifically targets melanin in hair follicles. The laser energy is absorbed by the pigment, heating and destroying the follicle while leaving surrounding tissue unharmed. Our dual-handpiece machines allow faster treatment of large areas. Most clients achieve permanent hair reduction in 6–8 sessions.

Are the treatments safe?

Warranty & After-Sales Support

What warranty do you offer?

All Tengniu machines come with a 1-year warranty covering parts and labor. Extended warranty options (2–3 years) are available at the time of purchase. The warranty begins from the date of delivery.

What happens if my machine needs repair?

Contact our support team and we'll diagnose the issue remotely first — most problems can be resolved via video call or by sending replacement parts (which we ship free under warranty). For major issues, we arrange return-to-factory repair.

Do you provide training?

Yes. Every machine purchase includes access to our video training library covering setup, operation, treatment protocols, and safety guidelines. For bulk orders, we offer live video training sessions with our technical team.

Are replacement parts and accessories available?

We maintain inventory of all replacement parts, applicators, and consumables (beauty gels, filters, etc.) for every model we sell. Parts are typically shipped within 3 business days.

OEM/ODM & Business Partnerships

Do you offer OEM/ODM manufacturing?

Yes. We provide full OEM (your brand, our design) and ODM (custom design from scratch) services. Our R&D team can modify existing models or develop entirely new machines to your specifications. Minimum order quantities apply.

What is the MOQ for OEM orders?
